When this sound station is able to connect to a station then it works great, but there is constant issues with connecting to my Sirius XM streaming account. My internet is fantastic (940 mps) so that isn’t the issue. I know if Sirius XM is being used in my truck then it won’t work, which is understandable. However, if it isn’t being used and I am just streaming then that it is frustrating! When it does work without playback issues or buffering or other connectivity problems…then it is a great sound system! I don’t dare change to a different station when it is working good because then the connectivity problems start all over again. Any ideas?

Easy to use app. I will definitely continue with this subscription.

[Employee of bestbuy] Yes Im am employee but I assure you we do not get handed free stuff from our manager or the company to write reviews I just needed a gift that that looked like I spent a lot more then I actually did and the only real advantage of working here is knowing what least likely gets returned. Jbl is always one of the best quality brands and least likely returned for problems and this one does not disappoint. They got to my gift and actually opened it and started using it right away and it was so easy to connect her grandmother was able to do it . It was like having a portable music festival on the table Plus, when they turned it full blast we all worried the neighbors would file a noise complaint so we turned it down . When you start hearing music you just can not relate to don’t bother trying to make it stop by trying to throw your drink on it because it’s completely water proof. Its very durable as well so trying to accidentally knock it over probably wouldn’t help either .

Got my SiriusXM radio from Best Buy and it’s been awesome so far. The sound quality is clear, there are tons of channels, and I never have to deal with static like regular radio. Activation was simple, and the staff at Best Buy made sure I had everything I needed to get started. Great for road trips or just cruising around town. Totally worth it.
