This works great ~ nor as well as a receiver but it does the job

I tired of plugging and unplugging HDMI cables into my TV set so I could see movies on Roku or DirecTV. I decided there must be a HDMI hub that would eliminate this, so I purchased this hub. It works as anticipated.

I bought this in store after an associate recommended it. I told him I have numerous video game consoles and a TV device, so I can't plug everything in at once. He said he uses the same one because it would auto sense which console was on, and I bought it. It has never done that, and I'm not sure if he handed me a different one than he intended to, or what. I turn on the Xbox One and have to cycle through all 4 HDMI channels for it to pick up the one it is already on (it doesn't even sense it if it is the only item on at startup and no switch was ever made). It does add many HDMI ports. That is all.

bring more one remote control but we need to deal with this

I am still trying to figure it out. I have followed the instructions to the "T" but still cannot figure it out and get my devices connected to it to function. So when I have the time, I am going to have to disconnect everything and start all over again

Needed more ports for my tv to hook up gaming system

Just plug in and you're set to go. Perfect if you have multiple gaming consoles, Blu-Ray player and a hi-def cable box, but only a few HDMI ports set to your TV. All you have to do is change the channel and turn on whatever you're using and it switches systems automatically.

Very convenient little thing for my monitor with two consoles and a pc.

No loss of quality splitting the HDMI on my television highly recommend

I use this to help monitor and setup workstations on a render farm. Sometimes it loses connection but I imagine that has to do with the infrequency with which it needs to be used on my setup. Neat gadget, though.

Service was great and the store is always well staffed and friendly.
