This works good for extra hdmi ports but it does not work properly if your sound system is optical connected won't work

For some reason, our xbox one does not look right when connected through this box. Everything else works fine

Before this purchase we had to move a cable to use blue ray and game consoles. Now we just push a button. Works great.

If your tv only has one hdmi connection, but you have multiple devices, this is exactly what you need. Great value fort the price!

1st one I got would not pass the signal through to the TV after about a week.. Disconnected switch and made sure all cables worked with no Switch in place and they did. All HDMI cables are Rocketfish brand. Returned and got a 2nd switch. 2nd switch 25% of the time will not pass the signal through from the direct TV box to the TV. I have to shut off everything off and try again that usually works. Also the sound will just randomly stop. If you switch to another input the sound usually will come back. Again I can unhook the switch and hook directly to the TV and I never have issues with the sound or picture and the cables I am using are Rocketfish cables bought from Best Buys daily deals. The cables are only 3' long if you were thinking I was trying to hook up with really long cables and the signal was losing strength. The auto detected hardly ever works as well. I should have returned the 2nd one as well but the tv I use it on I dont use very often and only has 1 HDMI input and this does beat unhooking cable all the time. Find a better product.

I needed additional hdmi ports for my tv so I read the reviews on it and then decided to give it a try. IT WORKS GREAT

My tv only had 2 HDMI hook ups, so this devise allowed me to hook up 4 more components.

good item to have when you run out of hdmi ports, but wireless controller is small and is often lost.

At first it was alright, then had issues with it detecting which port was in use.

We bought this for my daughter's TV because it did not have enough HDMI ports. The specs on the box indicated it worked for all resolutions and would auto switch to the active port. Well, it never did switch to the active port automatically and after a couple of days, it failed altogether. Picture got grainy and it would not longer change ports even manually. We return it to Best Buy and bought a cheapo at Walmart for less than half the price which worked perfectly and even auto switched to the active port. keepvid

This is a very useful piece of equipment if you have a tv with just 2 hdmi ports and need more to set up other devices or consoles

With three boys and a billion things to plug into our new TV, this product was a lifesaver. It is very user friendly.

I bought this because my home theater system only had one HDMI input and I had several components to attach. It works perfect.

Another nice product from Rocketfish works great and I was able to hookup BluRay player, Xbox, Cable Box and PS4.

The HDMI splitter works great with all our consoles and don't have to worry about connecting all HDMIs onto the TV.

The one problem is that the switch seems to turn off and needs to be re=activated whenever the TV is turned on.

I got it and it isn’t as easy to use as I hoped. It requires another remote. Then, I found I didn’t need it.
