    This product works, but not perfectly. With that being said, there is a work-around. In short, if you are connecting HDMI game systems (like the PS4) to it, the order with which you turn on the switcher, TV, and game console could cause you to have no sound from your game system. To remedy this, just turn the switcher off and on again and all will be well. Easy fix, but come on, things should just work!
