Not as much longevity as expected

It's very useful, for sure, but the buttons do feel on the cheap side. And we stopped being able to use the #4 slot some time ago -- the picture is unusable. Given that it doesn't really see heavy use, I would have expected a much longer life-span.

not so great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I actually would prefer to return this product but I there away the packaging on it so I doubt I can return it. My problem is when you turn on the t.v., even if this was left on, I have to switch the port selection on it that my satellite receiver is on, wait a few seconds and then switch it back before it actually works and sends the signal through to my t.v.
