My dad wanted a surround sound for his Samsung tv and everything works great! Easy set up and amazing sound

it's an all in one. Just plug it it in, hook up the speakers and you're good to go. i purchased it for our camper because it has blu-ray capability, which is excellent. i like that it has FM radio too. volume is perfect for our situation. 500w is plenty.

Only draw back I have is that I didn't realize it didn't have wireless capabilities.

This is a good system but not great. The speakers just weren't the best. I made it better by using speakers from an old system. The biggest drawback was the unique wiring setup for this system. Each speaker had a color code plug that had to be used. This forced me to have to splice my old/better speakers into these plugs.

Good system for small to medium sized rooms. Fair price for what you get. Main con is that you the speakers plugging into the Blu Ray player require special adapters so be prepared to splice wires if you want to extend wire or upgrade speakers.

Bought this to replace a system that was too old to fix. Good sound. The only thing I don't like about it is you cannot mute the system speakers and run sound through the tv; sometimes it gets a bit too loud. Other than that, no worries.

Picked up this item as a last minute splurge because I saw it as an open box.. I will say the sound is good for a small room ( bedroom) it does take a little to power up . Blue tooth feature works well. Over all good purchase

I was just replacing an older model that had a failed hdmi port

Despite the attractive price, I couldn't get over the terribly intrusive tinny sound that would be appartent during low frequencies. I tried disconnecting speakers one by one to root out the problematic speaker but all of the speakers were emitting the tinny noise. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more money on a better system.

No complaints about sound quality. However, connecting to the Internet required a wired connection. This was very inconvenient for my setup, so it was exchanged for another Samsung system.

It is totally worth it nice for a bedroom surround sound good enough for even the living room but if you want more bang for you buck I recommend the 1000wt version which it has few more Bells and Whistles too it

For the price I love this system. It has great sound, is pretty compact and was affordable.
