Can't Complete Setup

Powering on, that step was bypassed, and no instructions exist to go back to the main menu. A definite problem in that all speakers cannot be activated, balanced, or adjusted for tone.

Third Try at This Samsung Home Theater-in-a-box

No sound to the surround speakers and it was hooked up correctly. I should say here that both units had been previously opened and had been returned to store. This time I got a new factory-sealed unit so I am anticipating that there won't be similar issues. It's Samsung so it should be a good unit for the relatively low cost. This is for a second TV in a spare room so I didn't want to spend a lot. I figure Samsung should deliver quality sound and picture in a $250.00 product.
