After 2 month 4 speakers are not working and went to Best Buy and manager said you dont have warranty then we can’t do nothing and you have to call Samsung and Samsung call center like Childrens play area all off them shouting shouting can’t hear anything

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG ANYTHING AGAIN. THIS DVD PLAYER IS MY SECOND AND THE FIRST ONE LASTED LESS THEN ONE YEAR, I SENT IT BACK TO SAMSUNG AND IT CAME BACK WITH A NEW PROBLEM. THE SECOND ONE JUST DIED ON ME AGAIN. S@%T THEY ARE ALL S@%T.

Does everything that I need. Set and use are easy.

Unit work great for 5 days after that time the unit started frizzing can’t be turned off at all even can be reset it, I contact Best Buy and Samsung both helpless , time for return passed , throw it away (

this system did not work for me. I ended up returning the product to get a sound bar in replace of home theater system. I was unable to connect my tv sound to the theater system but the sound bar worked great and was easy.

Bought the open buy product which was claim to be missing the remote and instructions.. but whenever finally had time to hook it up it was also missing the power cord and the wiring... extremely disappointed!!

I spent $149 on this surround sound and we are unable to get it to work. It seems to be a waste of $149. If we could get it to work maybe it could be a good product it is looking like we will never know!

This system is awesome for the price! I've been reading some reviews about speakers not working and I have to comment on that. I too had this problem ( sound not coming out of speakers) and it baffled me for a few minutes. I set it up and ran the speaker test but found some not working, which made me double check the connections in the back of the speakers. I found that if the speaker wires are pushed in too far the outer casing of the wire will block the exposed wiring and prevent a proper connection. DO NOT PUSH WIRE TOO FAR INTO BACK OF SPEAKERS. This is a great system and has enough to make you happy happy.

I did not like this product at all! There were way too many wires and after we ran all the wires and hooked everything up, the system did not work!! Returned it for a refund.

Low quality. Door stopped working on the Blu-ray player the second time I used it. We tossed it in the trash - not worth reselling.

Would not work with Sharp TV. Upgraded system and ran all the troubleshooting but only got error after error. If you have a Sharp TV check to make sure it's compatible

Took several hours to install. Worked great for 20 minutes then it shut off. After research ended up taking back. Don't waste your time or money.

Connectors to speakers tricky and iffy, small sound for the buck. Would not recommend purchase. TV gives better sound all on its own.

This is not good enough for a large room. You have to turn it up to the max just to hear it. Not the movie theater feeling at all

I got it on clearance so i am much happier then I would of been if I had paid full price. Pro's. -netflix -youtube -sounds fairly good for a modest system Con's -Not wireless like the higher priced models -auto turns off so gotta turn it on everyday unlike a normal stereo.

While this may be a good blue ray we needed it to fit with our current sound system and it did not. So we returned it

No power cord was included. That's what I get for getting open box item. I'll just keep buying new items.

I needed something a lil better. I didn't have anywhere to run the long speaker cords in my apartment
