there are missing parts and they not ordering missing parts for me

This little guy is really amazing. The sound is impeccable and just so true, amazing experience of watching 3D and HD movies on my TV screen. I would strongly recommend this for a Studio or a 1BHK aparment.

I love this Home Theater System it is a very good home Theater I have had no Problems with it all it is a good all around Home Theater it is Loud enough like you are in a Movie Theater I love the Features of it the only Negative I wish it had bulit in Wi Fi

I made sure I looked at various reviews and pictures. When I finally broke down and went to buy this HTIB I found one that was an open box. The sales associate and I opened it up and made sure everything was there. I got this one home and hooked it up. It took me a little time connecting the wires to the speakers but the sound is amazing. My wife loves the clarity and the booming sound from the speakers. I would recommend this Samsung anytime. It is a great deal!

Far exceeded my expectations, as I paid almost nothing for this unit due to black friday sales. Honestly, if you're looking for an inexpensive and very effective product- this is your stop. Sound is amazing, the updated bluetooth and tech is off the charts, but the only down side is you can't really upgrade to this system like other entertainment systems. However, I'd highly recommend this product.

This works great for our smaller living room. 4 stars only because you cannot connect to WiFi wirelessly. I wish I would have noted that detail before I bought it. Otherwise love the performance and features.

I think this home theater system is great. Its easy to set up. I like the fact that you can hook up to a wifi connection.

I set up this system and tried it out for a few days and I do have to say that there is a minimal improvement on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 6. It just doesn't have the power or quality that I am seeking. It's an okay system; however, I expect more quality. Returned item and bought an Onkyo HT-R393, now the entertainment center is complete with this sytem. Awesome, I would just recommend replacing the factory wire with Oxygen Free Copper Speaker wires.

A great system with any TV. Plays Blueray, DVD, CD, FM radio, connects to internet, download apps like Netfix, YouTube, Amazon, and more. Ok i want to start by saying that before purchasing this system i bought first a 300 watts sound Bar with subwoofer. It cost me around $130.00.. I set it up and i didnt keep it cause the volume was too low.. I return the system and found out this Samsung 500 watts 5.1 channels for a couple more bucks... I give it a try installed at home and i am very please with it. Excellent volume (pretty Loud) and the receiver that comes with it offers a lot more features than a sound bar for this price. This system is your best choice for a low budget system under $150.00 dollars. It has a powerful receiver of 500 watts 5.1 channel and lots of features and settings for the speakers. The setting takes a little reading and time specially if you r using HDMI port to connect it with your TV but its a matter of reading instructions. Also offers lots of inputs coonections like RCA, auxiliary, HDMI and Optical port for digital audio. The receiver also has integrated FM radio and Bluetooth connectivity. Trust me i am very please for all the features that it has for $149.00.. You will not go wrong with this.

We just installed this yesterday in our living room and it sounds pretty good I was surprised how well it sounds!

I am using this as an amplifier in connection with Pandora For Business. It was easy to set up and has beautiful sound. However, it can't be trusted to power on every day. I can plug it and unplug it and change power cords, change outlets, spin in circles and howl at the moon and it will not power on. This happens at least once a week with no rhyme or reason as to why it won't power on, perhaps its the humidity in air, the temperature of the room or the position of the power cord. It might even be the phase the moon for all I know. Love the sound! Hate the player!
