Rather dissapointed, first I was told that the rear speakers were wireless, I took everything out of the box, trust me, there not wireless. Also, when watching a dvd or blueray, i got sound out of the speakers but not out of the tv and then when I watched that actual tv, I got sound out of the tv speakers but nothing came out of the surround sound speakers. Very dissapointed. Im taking it back to the store today.

Didn't read reviews before purchasing and to update it you need to connect a Ethernet cable to it

Found this home theater system one day and made the unplanned decision to get it bc of the price. It was a great deal! Everything was going great, many great days of high quality sound and streaming were spent together. Then one day, I wanted to watch a DVD and it decided to lie to me. It said the disc tray was opening. It sounded like it was opening. But nothing. After less than 2 years, I am absolutely heartbroken and having to move on due to some motor thing no longer functioning. If you purchase this product, it will do nothing but let you down without any warning...right after the warranty period (go figure)!

As I always say in all my reviews Samsung is number one as this is to this Blu-ray player with the surround sound is a high quality great sounding surround sound not just for the Blu-ray player I have it attached to the TV also and it makes such great quality sound it sounds like you're in a movie theater I love it

This Samsung Home Theater System is loaded with everything you need and Sounds great. I use it as the only sound output for Tv or music Sounds Great! My only grip would be it is a bit dated when it comes to not being able to connect to internet wirelessly but because my tv is a smart tv its not a problem for me.

Having used the product for a few months I found one little problem after I moved the unit. It would only play blu-ray disk which is strange from the off set you would think it would just stop playing disk. So now I have a blu-ray player which sounds great and an Xbox to play cds, dvds and games too. The move was from one room to another... so no I would not want anyone have to deal with a product so bad that if they move it the product may get damaged...

The cords could be longer but all around it sounds great. I love listening to my movies on it :-)

This Samsung surround system with 3D Blu Ray player is great. Fairly easy to install and the sound and picture is great.

I've had an old Sony home theater system for about 8 years and wanted to replace it with a Samsung because a Samsung sound bar I purchased last year has outstanding sound quality (plus that Sony has no Bluetooth). That being said a main reason I got this was to run my phone's music library into it in my small studio apartment while cooking or hanging out. There were a lot of good reviews on this system but I think there were focused on the Blu-Ray 5.1 sound which uses all speakers. When you connect via Bluetooth it only uses only the front right and left channels and the sound was extremely disappointing. I immediately boxed it back up and will be returning it tomorrow. I can not recommend this if you are buying it to run your music through. I'm sure if you are actually using the Blu-Ray player, all 5 speakers working together would make it a good entry level system.

For a $200 system, the sound quality is fair. I decided to purchase after reading the positive reviews on the high sound quality. After purchasing, I was disappointed. The sound quality is mediocre, and the bass is very weak (almost sounds like there is no sub-woofer). I'm keeping the system only because I don't want to spend more than $200-$250 on a dvd/speaker system for my apartment, and under this price range, these speakers are the least ugly. My last system was a Sony that cost around $450. The sound quality with the Sony was fantastic (with a deep, strong bass).

The speaker wires need to be twice as long. What a pain in the a** to set up!

First the sub went out (two days in), then half of the other speakers went out within 10 days of purchase. Due to something wrong with the sound system, it also locked my subtitles "on". Every time I would press a button after turning off the subtitles manually, they would come back on. I was very disappointed in this product.

Warning, this is NOT a true home theater in a box. There is not a HDMI input for satellite/cable boxes. Makes the whole thing useless since all I bought it for was better sound than the TV speakers.
