So far I havent used it for the intended product, but it is nice to know that I have that protection.

Good, but can't say great. There are no optional attachments for floor and carpet brush, only one brush for both. So much better than the Dyson we had, battery was always dying and didn't last. It would cost 150 to replace battery with Dyson and this one recharges, so it's awesome.

I always purchase extended protection plans and have been very happy with the results.

Vey light weight to push and pull also pick up and carry removes dirty good also

It has only been a few months and I am having issues. Luckily shark has assistance lines and good warranty terms, but I would not purchase this unit again. I am generally a fan of shark products. Pretty disappointed in this one.
