We have never had an issue returning an item we purchased warranty on. they have always stood by the warranty and gave us full credit towards a new item. it would be nice if they sent a reminder that our warranty was about to expire and offer an extension.

Got this for my Dyson Aminal 11 Vacuum recently, so glad I did for the price of mind as I have had an issue with a previous version before (minor issue) and with this warranty it gets taken care of ASAP as most of the time you can exchanged if the issue can’t be fixed. I usually get geeks squad for any big purchase ticket item at beat buy becuase it’s worth it in the long run and its a decent price for the overall value of what you are getting.

The title says it all. Why didn't I buy one of these sooner? Being a stickler for clean floors I no longer have to do it myself everyday. This little guy is fantastic!

I have never enjoyed buying any insurance but have always had the Geek Squad coverage and because of my lack of technology knowledge feel more comfortable with the Geek Squad. Had a bad experience at my last visit but will overlook that experience. They are not quick at getting anything done that may take only hours but they require at least a day. That is the system I guess.... leave it and wait for their text before you try to pick it up.

I bought the 3 year plan on my cordless Dyson and ended up needing to use it when the battery was almost dead after just 2 years. Best Buy fully replaced my Dyson, I got a much newer version and only had to pay the difference. Extremely happy!

I know most people think insurance is a scam and money down the drain. But if you answer yes to any of the following, buy and save yourself the frustration and regret! 1) Do you have kids or will they be using/near the product? 2) do you have a spouse that using products like they're in an infomercial everyday? 3) Do you want to keep all your hair? In short, its a no hassle product replacement option.

Best insurance ever . The reason that I buy from Best Buy is because of their insurance. I buy all my electronics, stove, washing machine, refrigerator ,microwave, cámaras , TV ect….. I would recommend to put insurance and everything .

Picks up dog hair great! Highly recommend. It is lightweight and easy to use.

Always buy this three year coverage. I have yet to find a cordless vacuum that lasts longer than 3 years.

Lol this vacuum changed my life and makes it easier, I call it my child, it makes me enjoy the clean especially when I see the results, and can walk in the house barefoot, I was waiting for this type of vacuum since I was 11 years when my mom asked me to mop the floor hhhhh..... LOVE IT

It is excellent product but It doesn’t work for my floor. The floor is really bad . The customer service helped to me right away to set up the machine . I felt really sad to bring the Roomba back to the store .

Always buy best buy warranty on my products. Never know when something will break.

I love Geek squad and would recommend everyone to get it once purchasing an electronic. They are very easy to work with and when needing to do a return no many questions asked.

I purchased 5-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection with my new Shark Vacuum, excellent thing to purchase in my opinion; when you have children in your home @ anytime, or even child-adults..lol I know sounds very weird.. right? But hey, we all have a little bit of a child in us at times. Everyone has gotta admit to it. & when accidents in life do occur; that's when this coverage will/ would be their definitely to back you up & protect your purchases that you made.

Best Buy has the best return policy. Wife did not like the vacuum cleaner, and made it easy.

I love this vacuum I use every day for my work and still work great I Really recommend it
