Really good vacuum! If you need something that will definitely clean your carpets without sucking up toys and cords this is it! The mopping feature is pretty spot on and great too.

This is one feature I always have with any appliance I purchase. I have used a warranty several times on various products large and small. It may seem like a lot of money at the time but it's better to spend it up front than after have to buy a new item at full price or try and find a repair person.

Imagine not having to worry about your purchase for 4 years because you bought a protection plan! If you end up not needing it, you know you at least got your money out of your purchase. Imagine that you didn't and 2 years down the road it goes out. Those pennies a day you would have spent are now going to cost you the full price of another one.

It is one of the best vacuums I have used! Makes it extrememly easy to clean up cat fur that gets on the floor, and the attachments really help with cleaning the sofas and other furniture. Would definitely recommend!

Hope do not have to use it :) Dyson is the best product ever. But in case I need service, I trust in Geek Squad. Puerto Rico has to change the way of getting in touch with them.

Great service, they heard me out on the problem I had with the vacuum. They recommended that it would be best to upgrade since the model I had was an old one. The transaction to the new product was smooth with them.

This is a must purchase when it comes to buying expensive itmes like vaccums, TVs, or any fragile product that could damage within a year or two. Yes it will add around 100-200$ to your purchase but will save you money for long term. Very recommended.
