Best money I ever spent . It leaves the floor clean and pretty much sucks up anything that’s on the floor.  And it’s very easy to clean the parts after finish using it. 

The geek squad is amazing. They are able to help me every time I have an issue! Very professional.

geek squad protection is way better than wasting your money and allowing it to break. invest in your products everyone. this is needed. you can switch it out for a new one in store at customer service. if not, they can order it if its not in stock at your best buy.

As someone who works in the repair field, I can attest to how great having a service plan is. I had several items go bad in the past with no plan and I was SOL. Now I have peace of mind knowing that I can get it fixed and/or replaced if it goes bad.

Works excellent. Easy to clean as well. Battery has lasted over the years.

This protection plan replaced the plan for my previous plan covering a Shark vacuum that became nonfunctional. The plan allowed me to simply return the broken vacuum for a new one. The only cost I paid was the difference in price and the cost of the new protection plan.

Overall, this is a really good vacuum but the downside to this is the battery. They really need to figure out the situation with the battery to me. I feel like it’s not worth the money if you can only vacuum for no more than 30 minutes before you have to recharge the battery

Awesome for vacuums and other small appliances. When my vacuum stoped working they replaced it in store.

Bought the 4 year accidental Geek Squad Protection warranty on my Bobsweep Pet Plus vacuum and Mop. Hopefully I don't need it but they are a little pricy so it is nice to have the added protection for if something goes wrong with it.

I LOVE the Geek Squad Protection plan! It is SO easy to get your money back if you have a problem with a product!! I buy it on almost EVERTHING I get from Best Buy, and I try to buy everything at Best Buy because they are so easy to work with!

Protection plans are always a safe bet when you're getting anything electronic, whether its a vacuum, washer/dryer, computer, etc. Worth the extra few bucks to know its covered for a couple years.

Our two year old iRobot needed work, and the Geek squad said that the parts weren’t available. After some discussion with BestBuy they gave us a new one.

An absolute must buy. Just having the sanity of knowing all my expensive merchandise is protected is worth it alone. I'm always using my cameras in good and bad weather and I know at anytime something bad can happen. I would recommend this to anyone.

The protection plan is definitely worth the money in my opinion, I had an issue with my original vacuum after the manufacture warranty was up and Best Buy replaced it with no issue.
