Definitely worth the money in my opinion for the Dyson. I’ve had minor issues with previous Dyson models and Best Buy has always exchanged them for a new one. It’s good to know you won’t get a refurbished one as long as your warranty has not expired.

One of the best warranties I have ever dealt with. No hassle help I highly recommended to get it. Only concern you can't extend the warranty once it expires.

I bought my hydrovac and the 3-year protection plan. A month later, my Shark hydrovac broke down. I went to Best Buy, and they replaced it but canceled my protection plan. Their argument was that it had already been used and that I need to buy another protection plan. A huge scam. No one should ever have to go through this

Don't normally purchase extended warranties, but I purchased an iRobot again and thought the extended warranty was worth the money. Had one on my first one and needed to use it because the unit stopped recognizing the virtual walls.

Does an amazing job on floors. Downside, no attachments to use in grout, windows, and garments. We got this because vacuum mop feature, but without attachments it's not worth the costs compared to other steam mops.
