The geek squad had help me solve and fix the problem I had with my item

Havent had to use this service, but nice to know we have it. Just in case. Since we hadnt had a vacuum broom before, i wasnt sure about the quality of it. I thought it would be a good way to protect us from costly repairs, if they were needed.

You can’t always trust the manufacturer’s warranty. It’s usually a long process of waiting, sending product in, waiting for delivery, etc.. You might as well pay for the extra warranty and let Best Buy handle it!

To say it sucks is an understatement. It this context that’s a good thing. I’m happy with my purchase, that’s for sure.

Great product. This was the best gift for us for this Christmas. The first product we bought was defective. Best buy changed that without questioning anything. The only problem with it is that my little cat does not like it. This product is worth buying.

This thing works great for my house which is complete hardwood floors. I love it and am amazed at what it picked up that I didnt even see.

Had an older dyson and it went out after like 5 years got this new one and man does it make a difference. Great suction and cleans like a charm!

With the rise in the Geek Squad's reputation comes the changes to their warranty plans. Make sure you read through and have them explain the full details of the protection plan as well. Your item will still be protected but the level of hoops jumping will vary

Geek Squad is a must, saved me from buying a new replacement wet-vacuum. Was able to get a replacement and just had to pay for another geek squad protection plan. I always get it, you should too.

Geek Squad! I have tried them once with a TV that failed and they paid every penny I have paid. I always recommend their protection plan even if you are not sure if you gonna need it

Dyson vacuum I had a little issue with mine. I went to the store they just gave me a new one because I had these insurance.

The best way to protect your purchase is by protecting it with the company that was designed to go up and beyond your normal protection.

I definitely suggest purchasing Geek Squad protection on any device you would not want to replace out of pocket. I had an issue with my steam mop and these guys quickly swapped it out with a new in box item. No issues and worth the $70 extra dollars.

When product stopped working, the geek squad protection plan was there to rwfund my amount because they were out of the brand name product I used.

Purchased this warranty on the vacuum that we purchased (a Dyson). The vacuum was almost $500 so I figured accidental protection was a necessity. I have used Geek Squad in the past which is why I continue to purchase all of my items from Best Buy because they generally have really great service. I haven't used this protection plan yet, however I presume that I will get great service if I do need to use it in the future.

The car stereo installer was great. Got a remote start system. Went perfectly and clean.

An amazing service and I have used this particular service multiple times through my many years being a Best Buy customer. It is worth it every time I purchase a new item to always have that piece of mind knowing great buy is backing my purchase.
