Works as it should. Think I'm gonna get some nachos tonight

Purchased new pricey vacuum and 3 year extended warranty. Was told at time of purchase, April 2024, that the manufacturer warranty was 3 years and then the extended was for an additional 3 years. So there would be 6 years of coverage. Today was informed by Best Buy that the extended warranty we purchased ran concurrently with the manufacturer warranty-so we only have a 3 year warranty.The gentleman at Corporate said this to which I responded why, if its covered by manufacture warranty. His reply was "You get extra things". This is NOT what we have been told each time we would buy extended coverage on big items. We are sooo done with Best Buy. Bye -bye

Worth getting this protection it will save you the headache in the future. Very knowledgeable staff.

My wife really likes the Shark products and with this item she really enjoys the light weight and power of this vacuum. It does so much more than our previous models purchased in the past.

My dyson had a defect that didn't emerge until about a month after we bought it. Getting it replaced was as easy as buying it.

Worth the price, have used so many times. Items break and Best Buy stands by their word and fixes or replaces.
