This is a great solution if you have a problem with any appliance that you purchase from Best Buy. They are courteous fast and know what they're doing. I would highly recommend buying the insurance. And Geek Squad are great guys.

Used this on the iRobot vacuum that we had purchased almost a year ago. Really nice that all i had to do was walk in with the old unit and pick up a new one. Only thing I didn’t like was I had to purchase a new warranty for the new one. You would think they would just apply the remaining of the old warranty period to the new item and offer you an extension on the new item.

Havent needed the service (knock on wood) but im pleased to have the security especially understanding this is the most expensive vacuum ive ever owned.

I have had several of these small hand backs that don’t last very long so I bought the protection plan just to keep it running longer since I like the first one I have. I already have one in the house I want a second one what is used strictly for vacuuming the bedding and the furniture the second one will be doing other jobs around the house outside the bedroom

You never know if your item will work or if you can install it, but with Geek Squad, you know they'll help you. My recommendation is to have a geek squad. It's the best purchase I've ever made.

Always buy this three year coverage. I have yet to find a cordless vacuum that lasts longer than 3 years.

This vacuum is seamlessly the best and most convenient cordless vacuum. I can vacuum my house on just one battery charge. I’ve never had to use the extra battery to finish my 1600 square ft house. Easy to go from hardwood to carpet.

I like Best Buy and I feel a sense of comfort with Geek Squad. I made this purchase over a year ago and I didn't have to use the warranty yet.

I highly recommend you get this for high dollar items. I use this all the time. As long as you have the item if it breaks or malfunctions you just exchange the item at the store for the original or something else and pay for another warranty at check out as well as the price difference. That’s all. I usually upgrade.

The only time we really get protection warranty is usually on bigger appliances as well as vacuum purchases. If it breaks, we're able to bring in the old, and get a new. If the new vacuum is more than the original, then we pay for the difference. If it's less, then we're issued a gift card with credit. Works for us.

Better have it and not need it then not have it and need it!

bought this for a vacuum. geek squad was great. I dropped off and by the next day I was told the vac wasn't fixable. I received my full purchase price back to put towards a new vac.

I usually don't by the extra protection but did for our robot vacuum because of fear of damage from dog soiling. Did not have a problem with dog soiling but our unit stopped working about a week before our protection ran out. With no problems Geek squad replaced with brand new unit. Very happy with this protection plan.
