I’ve had geek squad for 3 years and it has helped with my devices.

A little pricey, but the value and piece of mind you get from Dyson products is priceless

purchased geek squad protection for dyson vacuum-- the drive train motor broke and Best Buy replaced with a new model with no issues. Only complaint: once you get the replacement the new product is no longer covered and you need to purchase another plan (the cost went up and was for less duration)

If you are buying a >500 or more Best Buy product, you should buy the geek squad insurance in order to enjoy it with the secureness of having a back-up in the case something goes wrong.

I have been using the geek squad protection plan for a very long time now. They never let you down, and it's the reason that I only buy my electronics here.

Great unit unfortunately the little plastic clip to hold rhe waste is not durable and breaks. Had to return unit under warranty.

I love my dyson, thus model Is super lightweight and great for hardwood floors but make sure you get the protection plan because my last one stopped working they sometimes get clogged and are hard to clean

Haven't had to use this yet except brought our vacuum in once and they just told us to clean it better to keep the pieces from getting stuck. We buy protection for most items and have had to use it several times for replacement and its an easy process.

When i return my electronic to get fix they respond quickly as it say. They look for every detail of the problem which for me it's important.

We have used the Geek Squad several times and are very happy with the results. I have purchased many things for new house including kitchen appliances, TV's and iRobot cleaning systems. The Squad has always been there to assist me as I always add their coverage

5-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection was a good low cost deal to cover almost anything that can happen to my hand held vacuum. I had it on one brand and after a year pretty much no questions asked they gave me my money back and I used it toward another hand held vacuum.

Great vacuum for pets. I have 3 dogs and it works great.

Not only they take care of everything so fast they always recommend the best products to get,help with any question and are very knowledgeable!we can get a lot of items online these days but nothing is better then dealing with geek squad warranties.very welcoming,very helpful and worth every dime. I ALWAYS purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plan. I used to work for BB and I saw how sad people were, who had the unimaginable happen when their item broke too soon. I totally recommend this protection plan.

Worth every penny. Don’t get left with a busted new(ish) item. This put my mind at ease knowing that if something happens than I’ll be covered

If I purchase anything of significant value and know it will be used by others and not just me, I make sure that I buy the extended service plans, I have exercised them many times with positive results and would recommend them to others as well!
