I had this 3yr protection on another vacuum and got my money back after 3yrs use. Great value and product coverage.

It made my return and exchange so much easier to do in the store. This product does what no other product does. It makes you feel safe and assured of its purchase and its parameters. I would truly be lost without this.

Great product. This was the best gift for us for this Christmas. The first product we bought was defective. Best buy changed that without questioning anything. The only problem with it is that my little cat does not like it. This product is worth buying.

Protection plans are always a safe bet when you're getting anything electronic, whether its a vacuum, washer/dryer, computer, etc. Worth the extra few bucks to know its covered for a couple years.

Great battery life , good suction and design. Has fabric attachment and crevice tool . Easily mounted to wall. Not suited for fluffy carpets .

Best money I ever spent . It leaves the floor clean and pretty much sucks up anything that’s on the floor.  And it’s very easy to clean the parts after finish using it. 

Love that I don't have to worry about my products. The protection plan gives me piece of mind. Scheduling a repair is hassle free as well. You log onto your Best Buy account, schedule the repair, and drop it off.

Havent had to use this service, but nice to know we have it. Just in case. Since we hadnt had a vacuum broom before, i wasnt sure about the quality of it. I thought it would be a good way to protect us from costly repairs, if they were needed.

Hands down, Best thing I have ever bought at Best Buy. I have purchased many very expensive robot vacuums and because of the protection purchase I was able to bring in my broken vacuum and walkout the same day with a brand new vacuum.

Very happy i got this warranty , you never know when you will need it.

I like to get Geek Squad protections on Items that are expensive it's great to have it I have used it and it was easy to repair on my computer and TV

Purchased this warranty on the vacuum that we purchased (a Dyson). The vacuum was almost $500 so I figured accidental protection was a necessity. I have used Geek Squad in the past which is why I continue to purchase all of my items from Best Buy because they generally have really great service. I haven't used this protection plan yet, however I presume that I will get great service if I do need to use it in the future.

Bought it in 2022. Two years later and still works like brand new. Would suggest this item 100%!!!

This might not be the newer model or the top of the line Dyson, I will say that even with the V7 you won’t look into another brand.

We love Best Buy and always purchase there service plan it’s probably the best on the market and customer service is excellent !

I definitely suggest purchasing Geek Squad protection on any device you would not want to replace out of pocket. I had an issue with my steam mop and these guys quickly swapped it out with a new in box item. No issues and worth the $70 extra dollars.

This is a very good vacuum really enjoying and will recommend it to many.

Overall, this is a really good vacuum but the downside to this is the battery. They really need to figure out the situation with the battery to me. I feel like it’s not worth the money if you can only vacuum for no more than 30 minutes before you have to recharge the battery
