Definitely worth it. Our Dyson V10 after two years would not hold the charge. I brought it to Best Buy and because of the warranty they either offered to replace it or store credit. Awesome.

Always nice to have this for any accidental breaks. Doesn’t cost an arm and a leg so if you’re paying $200+ for something why wouldn’t you add this on?

Battery’s dies pretty quickly if it’s not on the charger constantly

I’ve had to use the Geek Squad for this item and was very happy I made the extra purchase.

I’ve never had to use the Geek squad yet, but I trust that if I had to, they will solve my problems.

I get these with my purchases of vacuums because I have a husky and tend to kill vacuums quickly. Until a brand makes a durable product that can take the wear and tear of dog hair, I will continue to buy these.
