Any time I haven’t bought it something has gone wrong so i typically always buy protection plans just saves me from headaches

Nice to have this protection and since customer service at Best Buy is the finest ANYWHERE, knowing that if a product breaks the problem will be solved quickly is very important.

The price of the warranty was such a good price I couldn’t pass it up!

I did have to use it for my last robot as it simply stopped responding/ working about a week before the protection expired. They replaced it immediately with no questions asked. Totally worth it for devices at risk.
