Awesome little gem to have in your home. This machine definitely cleans the pet hair very very well! This machine also “spot” cleans certain areas for me when I don’t feel like plugging in the vacuum, I just click spot clean in the App and viola!

I loved this vacuum!! Took the extended warranty and after 3 1/2 years the battery life had shrunk considerably so I took it back up to the store and they traded it out for a new one!!!! All I had to do was pay for the extended warranty again and I walked out with a brand new Dyson vacuum for $100!!!!!

Completely forgot we had it as the original stick Dyson we got years ago was tride & true until recently (after we bought our home it went through a lot from apt to house as a lot of cleaning was had) when it finally came time to get a new one, went on best buy and low & behold we forgot we got this when we bought original vacuum! Helped out tremendously, especially with our current added expenses of house & newborn. A few $$$ saved is a lifesaver

I really enjoy this Dyson stick. I could never imagaine going bafk to a traditional vacuum. Great attachments and it can get very powerful. I went to this one from the V11 but I cant really see the difference versus the attachments. The price is a lot more and i csnt justify it. Maybe if i had hard wood floors then it would be. However, I really do wnjoy it and im sure you will as well.

Everything you buy, you should add this on there for a peace of mind

It’s been almost two years and works like the first day the only thing is the cleaning the vacuum cause it get really dirty sometimes and the time is less then 30 minutes in full power. For now no need to complain about it much

Honestly this vacuum changed my life! I have never had a great experience when it comes to vacuums. I have three pets, two of which shed like CRAZY and all of the previous vacuums failed to properly vacuum all of the dust and fur on the floor. This vacuum however never seems to struggle at the task at hand AND it even has different options to vacuum the dust on the walls. This is a super light weight machine and super easy to clean out! Trust me when i say I got that warranty and definitely plan on using it in the future!

I always purchase it and have used it for at least three returns/exchanges. There's nothing like the feeling you get when your favorite fill-in-the-blank breaks and then gets replaced or refunded for a fraction of the price of the protection.

Solid protection plan. Haven't had to use this one, but they have saved me in the past!

My experience with getting. Replacement device was awesome! They sent my device out, I recieved update I could get a new device and I went into the store and got a gift card for equal value issued. I was able to purchase my same device model and the geek squad on my new device. Normally they say you can put it towards whatever or a newer model but I thought it was the best value getting the same and a new geek squad plan.

It does what is supposed to do and protects you. I always get it.

Peace of mind purchased 4yr extended warranty..and know ill be covered for repair or replacement.
