I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

Best buys insurances are always the best! It is almost like a guarantee it either works or get your money back or get it fixed. If it is damaged then you are given a new one, definitely worth the money.

This is my second dyson purchase. It is a great vacuum to have especially if you have dogs. BB WAS EASY TO PURCHASE FROM AND HAD IT AT THE DOOR WAITING FOR ME.

Overall I like to get the geek squad protection plans with Best Buy purchases. They have been beneficial in the past. Recent pricing has seemed to increase on these plans that have made me second guess their purchase as of late. Ultimately ended up purchasing this as a back up for our Roomba

Well worth it. As technology gets more advanced, things can all of a sudden malfunction. Better to spend some money upfront, then rebuy the item again.

Best Buy's protection plans are super nice for more expensive items like the vacuum I bought. Peace of mind at the end of the day.

This vaccum is very lightweight and it works better than some corded vaccums ive owned! Great around stairs and for getting pet hair.

Geek squad is an essential service at Best buy. Can't go wrong with them

Yes yes yes! I bought it for my coffee machine and fir my food processor, when my coffee machine broke (fancy one about $2k), they literally refunded me to buy a new one! Highly recommended!

Makes life a little easier being able to vacuum while not home.

Must have with many items since they don’t seem to last with daily use

Batteries die pretty quick if it’s not charged constantly

I highly recommend getting this added protection. I have yet to not use it and been extremely happy with the results and customer service I have experienced.
