Looks like your bestbuy warranties are only good for one use. After my Dyson Ball Multi Floor 2 vacuum failed, bestbuy replaced the vacuum (as per the extended warranty). After 9 months and using this warranty, I have to buy ANOTHER WARRANTY!! FOR $59.99 because the Cape Girardeau, MO store chooses not to NO LONGER pro-rate the warranty!! The bestbuy warranty only allows you one replacement, so...friends, simply skip that $59.99 fast turn-in, and send products to the manufacturer (that offers a 5 year warranty) party, labor, and free shipping/delivery). Purchasing the bestbuy warranty will only cost you an additional $59.99, is good for one use, and can no longer be pro-rated after exercising the warranty!!! Some value, eh?? I contacted bestbuy (and are currently on the phone for 1hr, 58 minutes listing the music...

We buy a new Dyson vacuum in December of 2022 for 500$ plus taxes and 150$ protection plan. This week the vacuum got dropped and stopped working. Bestbuy rep told us that they don’t repair vacuums or they don’t exchange them but they can credit us 500$. Same vacuum today costs 550$ plus taxes again, plus 150$ protection plan again. Definitely disappointing protection where they can even repair, test, troubleshoot or exchange it. Not recommended overall.

These are absolutely critical for a Roomba robot as they seem to have issues with longevity.

Overall the cleaning was great. Programming was a bit difficult with area rugs. I eventually returned it due to the battery not charging fully with no questions asked

Rarely purchase warranties for items I buy, but in this case, there’s a greater possibility plastic parts could break, or vacuum suction could become reduced, so I added it. Usually do so for any vacuum product, and it’s paid off on past purchases.

Good vacuum cleaner when is fully changed! I wish the battery would last longer!

Best protection service! I have had to use my Geek Squad many times and they have always fixed my electronics that needed fixing. Except for our Gaming desk top. Our gaming desktop has been taken in 3 times and we are on our 2nd home visit tomorrow. We will see what happens.

This one does a decent job on carpets and easy to clean as well
