Overall I like to get the geek squad protection plans with Best Buy purchases. They have been beneficial in the past. Recent pricing has seemed to increase on these plans that have made me second guess their purchase as of late. Ultimately ended up purchasing this as a back up for our Roomba

This is a great option to have when you purchase anything. If it stops working bring it back and get a new one.

Great for small spaces but wouldn’t recommend for a larger space. It tends to get very hot after a few minutes of use but that’s fine because by then I’ve vacuum most of my home. Mine recently stopped working but geek squad protection made it easy to replace.

Buying a "extended warranty" on a carpet cleaner is a no brainier. these units gets used and end up extremely dirty. Best Buy stands behind the performance and takes care of any issues fast.

I always buy the warranty. BestBuy is great with their warranty services. Let’s face it, the days of buying a vacuum or floor cleaner and having it last for 10 or more years is over.

We bought this warranty extension for the vacuum because it give us peace of mind. The vacuum is a gift for my daughter and we want she can use her vacuum for many year without problems

This is my second dyson purchase. It is a great vacuum to have especially if you have dogs. BB WAS EASY TO PURCHASE FROM AND HAD IT AT THE DOOR WAITING FOR ME.

My Dyson vacuum broke. I thought it was out of the service period, but I checked the system. I took the vacuum in and Best Buy gave me a brand new one. Can't beat that!
