Any brand you buy there is a chance of malfunctioning and this warranty gives you peace of mind that your purchase is completely covered with the warranty that you have purchased. Please don’t forget to buy this with anything you buy

I always buy extra protection just in case when things doesn't go well on any appliances big and small. Though there are times, the item breaks when the warranty already expired. Just wondering why it's always like that.

The replacement plan is so effective because I can easily swap inside the store at customer service without hassle.

I would rather use the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection then any other plans. Best buy is so easy to deal with and they cover everything and do all the work as far as sending it off and dealing with the manufacturer.

I never buy a product from Best Buy without getting the warranty. I recommend always buying the warranty on the Dyson products as we have had to use it in the past. Dyson 2 year warranty isn’t near long enough.

I hate buying products anywhere else. Because I need geek squad to have my back.

If you don’t get Geek Squad protection then it’s on you! Get it, because if not. You would have to fork up another lump sum to buy a whole new device or in my case a very expensive vacuum.

Returned my little green clean machine because the hose split at the connection. Because I had geek squad, the return was quick and easy! Highly recommend this wonderful service!

I have not had to use it yet. But I do recommend everyone should purchase when buying an expensive piece of equipment
