Bought it in 2022. Two years later and still works like brand new. Would suggest this item 100%!!!

I ALWAYS purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plan. I used to work for BB and I saw how sad people were, who had the unimaginable happen when their item broke too soon. I totally recommend this protection plan.

Our last vacuum broke somehow and wouldn't suck anymore. I am so grateful I had this geek squad warranty! I was able to do a swap on the spot for a new Shark Vacuum.

Great product combining vacuuming and cleaning floors!

Buy the product and then buy the protection. This type of investment in a product that will ultimately be used again and again is a no brainer.

I always get the warranty for any investment purchase I make. It’s not that much when you think about it, and saves you a ton of money if your purchase stops working had you not purchased the warranty.

The vacuum sucks (in the best way!) we have several dogs and their shedding is something we need to maintain daily. I love that it's cordless. Pricey but worth it

I had this 3yr protection on another vacuum and got my money back after 3yrs use. Great value and product coverage.

Great extended warranty on the iRobot this is a great product however has a lot of moving parts as well as wireless functions see a need for extended warranty on this item since it is pricey and limited product warranty feel comfortable knowing it has Geek Squad support.

Not only they take care of everything so fast they always recommend the best products to get,help with any question and are very knowledgeable!we can get a lot of items online these days but nothing is better then dealing with geek squad warranties.very welcoming,very helpful and worth every dime. Best Buy has the best no hassle warranty coverage in the business! I was quickly able to get my Dyson swapped out for a new model. In and out in about 20 minutes, most of that time was spent picking out a new vacuum

Used this service a few times and got my money back on the damaged products so i could buy a similar product as a replacement.

This is great but wish I would have received something hard or soft copy to give to my daughter in law which is who I bought it for as Christmas gift

The vacuum is great and we always seem to get people who are friendly and amazing with customer service! They helped us narrow down a good vaccum

Now we don’t have to fear the reviews that state that this vacuum is sometimes unreliable.

What can I say? The Geek Squad is always there if and when we need them. Everyone is extremely knowledgable and wonderful to work with. We just purchased a grill and the service for delivery & set up was A+. I would definitely recommend.

Good deal just to cover the batteries. I dont always get this but this was worth the price.

Love it, Don't know how I made it this far with out this purchase.
