Geek squad is usually quick, efficient and polite. I've liked the ones I've met.

Whenever I purchase something, I always put a protection plan on the item. It gives me a piece of mind if something goes wrong with it. I trust the Geek Squad Protection plans.

My original purchase from the last year kept having issues intermittently. It was frustrating but the person working for Geek Squad identified the issue and replaced my item!

I am always skeptical about warranties but this one did what is was suppose to. They gave us the money back that we paid for unit and were able to purchase a new one.

Ordered the 2 year service plan for my shark vacuum- have not had to use it yet.

This protection is the best, I brought a vacuum in and they gave me a giftcard for the full amount I paid for it to put towards a new vacuum!!!

Never know what will happen. Electronics need warranties and insurance. Best Buy has both for a very cheap price would recommend purchasing for any expensive or not expensive item.
