    this thing is great until it isn't. the dustbin does not seat properly, hair and dirt start building up between the vacuum and dustbin and the empty cycle doesn't clear it. within 2 days it is so clogged that it doesn't actually vacuum anymore. geek squad is useless, they got it 2 days ago and sent it back because they "cant replicate the issue" I'm going to send it back until the shipping charges make it more profitable for them to actually fix it or send me a new one.

    It has a pretty long cord to i was able to reach down my stairs and pretty user friendly. I did have to do multiple passes over tougher stains but it did make a difference.
