i recommend getting this extended warranty from geek squad. 3 yrs. replacement warranty no ifs and no buts. unbeatable!

Purchased new pricey vacuum and 3 year extended warranty. Was told at time of purchase, April 2024, that the manufacturer warranty was 3 years and then the extended was for an additional 3 years. So there would be 6 years of coverage. Today was informed by Best Buy that the extended warranty we purchased ran concurrently with the manufacturer warranty-so we only have a 3 year warranty.The gentleman at Corporate said this to which I responded why, if its covered by manufacture warranty. His reply was "You get extra things". This is NOT what we have been told each time we would buy extended coverage on big items. We are sooo done with Best Buy. Bye -bye

I never purchased an appliance without a Geek Squad protection plan. It's worst every penny to have peace of mind.

As always, Geek Squad is win win. If you want that extra peace of mind with your purchases, it is worth the fee.

I would give this a 5 star if the warrantee cost was more aligned with prior purchases. Good to have these when needed as some of these new small appliances are not built to last like the way they used to make them.

Purchase the extended warranty. Fortunately I haven’t needed to use it yet, but I have in case. Cost was reasonable.

Worth getting this protection it will save you the headache in the future. Very knowledgeable staff.
