Hope do not have to use it :) Dyson is the best product ever. But in case I need service, I trust in Geek Squad. Puerto Rico has to change the way of getting in touch with them.

When we ask question about the old earpod ,if they can fixed ir not , the Geek Sguad agent explained and is more than the price of the new earpod ,so he recommend to buynew one .

I purchased this protection plan to protect my initial investment. I took home the Dyson animal and allergy vacuum. I have used the protection plan before on a previous Playstation 3 as well as a previously owned Dyson vacuum. The staff handled everything flawlessly, no pressure, or pushback! This is why I will always shop at Best Buy!!!

Better safe than sorry. If anything happens to your product, you're better off having this plan, so they could either repair it or just replace it without spending extra money for another product.

As stated in an earlier review, I have used the warranty multiple times with different items and Best buy has always stepped up with no questions asked and given credit for a replacement.

Used the plan 3 years in. BB ended up given me a credit as the unit did not live up to how it worked 3 years in.

Easy no Hassel plans i feel i was okay with additional coverage for 5 years it was cheaper in the long run plus I feel 5 years is likely range this will maybe give problems from wear and tear

I by Dyson product because I love their quality and ability however, over years of use they seem to loose suction. I brought my previous Dyson back because of this and the only question that was asked was the reason for return. Once explained was told to go on the floor and find a new one.

Great vacuum for pets. I have 3 dogs and it works great.

Bought a few items like the I robot and Dyson vacuum... There was no way that I wasn't going to protect my merchandise knowing that anything can happen to cause a problem and I wouldn't be covered. I have already had to use it on one of my I robot vacuums, I'm so glad I was covered! A must have!! I would recommend. This to anyone.

What's better than extra protection !! I try to get this every time I make a large purchase because why would I waste my money if something breaks and I try to return it after the manufactures deadline?

Always get geek squad protection it does not go to waste. Best Buy and geek squad team is always helpful when addressing issues that are covered.

I purchased this unit for use at work and knowing the abuse it is going to endure…having this additional protection is good peace of mind!

I purchased my first geek squad protection plan with my Neato more than 5 years ago. I have up graded every time the machine has had problems and repurchased the plan again. It is worth the money, even if you have to repurchase the plan. Just go into the store, no hassle or questions.
