I really hate paying this much money for a service I may never need, but since I did have to use it I will most likely keep buying it. Very easy return for the broken vacuum and new vacuum.

Geek Squad Protection has helped us a number of times when A product has had a problem and needed to be replaced. A worthwhile $$ spent to ensure the product lasts as long as you need it to.

I only buy appliances at Best Buy. Because of the Geek Squad. I know the my 6-year-old child computer will be protected whenever life happens to it. Best Buy will replace the item if they can not fix. That's why i love their protection plan.

The agent told me that the vacuum cleaner would be replaced with a new one if any part of the vacuum cleaner stops working or breaks, such as the rollers stop turning. I thought purchasing the 5 year plan was worth the peace of mind.

The vacuum worked amazing for the first two years, after that the battery was noticeably less powerful, I would recommend getting the protection plan.

Definitely worth it. Our Dyson V10 after two years would not hold the charge. I brought it to Best Buy and because of the warranty they either offered to replace it or store credit. Awesome.

I get these with my purchases of vacuums because I have a husky and tend to kill vacuums quickly. Until a brand makes a durable product that can take the wear and tear of dog hair, I will continue to buy these.

It was great as in it replaced a broken vacuum right away no hassle. Just know a 5yr plan is not transferred to the new one and it can only be used once. It's not as many times as needed in five yrs.

Had to use the warranty for a vacuum that died. It was an easy process. Simply grab another and leave. Always get the warranty!!

I always purchase Geek Squad Protection. It is the best warranty on the market. I can make large purchases with the confidence that, if my item “messes up” or “breaks” it will be repaired or replaced without any problems.

If you have had your vacuum now for 3+ years, do yourself a favor and get this and you’ll thank you later.

There are some things I won't purchase without Extended protection. Many times the protection has paid for itself. The new battery operated devices can malfunction and with this protection they either fix it or replace it.
