Boy am I glad I had the two year replacement deal. My 6 month old HP fancy printer died after a power surge and BB/GS replaced it ASAP no questions asked. Whew!

This product replacement gives me peace of mind, i returned a product because of issues and it was done right away, the product was replaced immediately.

I can tell you as a tech person I have never really purchased geek squad coverage, however as wives are she suggested a one plan. The device died (HDD) one month after. Prompt professional and very helpful, I would do it again..

It's good to know that you can replace your device if something bad happens to it. I usually pick up this protection to not have to rebuy a device that broken after a limited time of use.

this is the best thing i could have gotten for my printer, 3 months before it expired my printer broke, i took it back and it was replaced without any problems.

Agent set up my television with no problem connected the dvd player on the same remote.

I buy ALL my electronics and appliances from Best Buy because of the warranty offer. I've used the warranty and they basically will give you your money back if they can't fix it.

Lets face it, EVERYTHING breaks, usually within two years. The best buy warranty is the only reason I keep shopping at best buy. Have had numerous expen$ive computer peripherals replaced, no questions asked no hassle. highly reccomend.

Some items you don't need to get this for, so look carefully at the cost. Now with that said. I purchase Geek Squad Product Replacement for some items and not for other items. When I have had to use it, BestBuy has always handled it very well.
