Its an ok printer for the money, but it is made up of many cheap plastic parts that will fall apart over time. But it is a good printer just take care of it

I have had geek squad for years for my computer. Whenever I have had an issue with anything regarding my computer, I call the 800 number and a tech has always resolved the issue!

The extended 2 year warranty has become one of my practices lately. It covers usage damage and any other product defect. No questions asked. You get a replacement of your product. Great coverage for a fraction of the cost

So far have not had to use this program. Hopefully I won’t have to anytime soon

if your kid is young and dumb, you want this. i know everyone says dont buy extended warranties but seriously, if your kid is young and dumb, you NEED this

My stated that it had a paper jammed. I checked all ways to fixed. Geek squad offered to check it out and if they can't fix it they will exchange it. Very reliable service.

Always get it for smaller items and appliances. My family is rough on things in my home. The plans have gotten so affordable.

What can I say, accidents happen especially when you least expect it. Having a 2 year coverage is money in the bank. I got coverage for my iPhone 6 plus and it gives me peace of mind. Great coverage plan.

I got a really bad paper jam that completely ruined my last printer. Luckily I got Geek Sqaud protection on it so I got a replacement printer and all I had to do is purchase the protection again. No charge for the printer!
