It is good a good deal on getting the geek squad product replacement because if your like me who uses their stuff that they own heavily it is a good insurance to have.

I've been using this for a few weeks and I love it. Easy to change the settings via the program, comfortable, and works great for the games I'm currently playing.

On any major purchase, I always get the Geek Squad protection, the longest available.

Bought an HP printer and the Geek Squad warranty, as it was my understanding that if it couldn’t be fixed it would be replaced by a new one, and if that wasn’t manufactured anymore, one that was it’s “replacement “. Well, they gave me the money back for the printer bought less than a year ago( so, still under manufacture ‘s warranty) and didn’t return the money for the warranty itself, saying I used the warranty. True, but the printer was bought on sale and I can’t find one for that price anymore. So, all said and done, I wasted $35 and have no printer.

If you are going to use your appliance a lot, it is worth the extra money to spend to get the Product replacement protection.

This was actually a really good deal. It was 5 buck and it covers my headset if anything happens to it Couldn't pass it up and I usually don't buy the extended warranty.

Best Buy and Geek Squad always do a great job of taking care of their customers. It is worth the price to know that if something happens to your product, Best Buy will be there.

We are so happy with the assistance we have received in-store from Geek Squad as well as sales associates and cashiers. When we need help it is so nice to have some close by.

Had problems with the Logitech iPad Air 2 keyboard on two occasions. Easy replacement of the same item with Geek Squad replacement warranty. Would definitely recommend.

I have been buying these product replacement plans for years. The way electronics are these days I believe its just something you have to factor in to the price.

I can't tell you many times the program has helped out. Recently my sons watch broke and we were able to replace it so easily. I shop at BB because of the program.

I never ever purchase a product without this service. Even if the manufacturer offers some protection. I feel confident in making sure my product stays protected!!

They will definently fix anything up thst you need. I had a pare of headphone that got messed up and Geeksquad was there to help

I bought this for a headset that generally breaks every year or so. It's great for that type of stuff. I wouldnt buy it otherwise.

I had put this warranty on my previous Epson printer it’s really worth it I had to return the printer twice and they just replaced it for me for free

Always try to get a the geek squad protection for just about anything I buy. I've had great experiences when I've had issues with any products I buy and descent service.
