Brought the warranty with relief. The other hard drive I brought broke, I had to get the replacement with few extra dollars with another warranty.

My monitor decided that it didn't want to work anymore. BB replaced it with no questions asked.

The print quality is nice, but it runs out of ink to fast compared to other printer I have had; such as the Epson.

Geek squad warranty is the best i town and i will recommend everyone to buy a warranty whenever you buy electrical gadgets and electronics from Best Buy

I have purchased the extended warranty on products from this store before. It was particularly good for my daughter's laptop.

I always purchase this when I buy something expensive if it’s an option. You never know what could happen so it’s great to have as a pack up plan

The keyboard has been working fine for my high school student until now. It made it from September to May of a school year and now 2 of the keys don't produce the letters. I am glad that we got geek squad protection because I plan to take it in for an exchange. I would recommend the product only if you keep up with the warranty coverage and can replace it when needed. The case has protected the iPad and it is great that the case holds the pen. My student lost one pen with a different case that didn't have a holder; expensive loss so we purchased this case to keep up with the pen. It is nice that the keyboard and the iPad can detach and the overall design is good. At the time there were very few cases available. Perhaps investigating other options?
