With the way everything is built these days I dont know why anyone would not purchase this. I have had to use it and Best Buy made the process very simple.

Glad I haven't needed to use this yet. Purchased just in case anything happens in order to keep peace of mind.

I think buying geek squad protection is a must. Just knowing it will be fixed or replace. Without having to send it away. Just take it back to the store.

Not sure how to rate this, since I’m not sure what this guarantee replaces? Is it my printer, stove, dishwasher or refrigerator? Or perhaps it guarantees replacement of the Mac laptop or Apple iPad Air? It would be nice to know for sure, in case I need to replace something!

Geek Squad, they come in clutch when you need them! I would recommend this on most large purchases.

I have never decided to take advantage of the extended warranty offered by Best Buy. However, since experiencing issues with my HP and the cost and extended time to order the parts, I felt it was well worth the few extra dollars to cover this time. Hopefully I'll never need it.

I would love to have professional to handle my expensive products as we don't know much about technologies

Wouldn't have tech devices without protection plan!! You can exchange tour device for any reason, within 2 years!! I have used this plan 3 times.

When my Razer died I had to look around for another mouse. I have no complaints with this purchase at all. Works great and is very comfortable in my hand.
