I don’t always get the geek squad protection plan but when I make a big purchase it’s a nice security net. I would recommend it to everyone!

It's nice to know that I have support if I need it. Best part is that I could take my computer in and not have to call someone half way across the planet.

Service in the store has gotten better and more efficient since an appointment is needed for in-store service.

It's always worth it to get a product replacement plan, will never know what the future holds or not holding :) So like a good girl scout, always be prepared :)

With the keyboards I purchased the Geek squad 2 year replacement. So when something was spilt on the keyboard it was covered and replaced.

I haven't had to use this yet for my current printer, but it definitely came in handy with my last printer. It broke down and Geek Squad took care of it ASAP.

If you ever need something checked out that you purchased at Best Buy the Geek Squad will help you out.

I bought this for my 8TB external hard drive because it's just better to be safe than sorry. You can just take your product to Geek Squad for a replacement

Geek squad is all you need for manufacturers defect and more. It’s so easy. I definitely recommend this!

When I have issues with my technology, geek squad is right there with me to resolve my issues. Very much appreciated.

Hopefully I will not need to use this service but I feel better having a local resource that I can talk to and understand.

I got this to protect my purchase and it was the best decision made. I talked to the Geek team a few times, and every time they were very helpful.

My wife and I purchased 3 computers apiece over the years from Best Buy and we have always put the warranty on them and have used each warranty at least twice.

Although I did not need geek support to set up printer, I have reached out to them on other software issues and they were always helpful and solved the problem.

It would be better if it last for the amount of time you purchased it for. Instead if you use it 2 months for now. You would have to purchase it again for the replacement. I won’t continue to the replacement or transfer.
