Almost forgot I had it. Used it within two weeks of expiration and was able to apply original cost to a newer model.

I was a bit taken back by the price of the protection but was super happy when my daughter broke it and I had protection so I was able to take it in and not pay a dollar extra to have it replaced

...perhaps one day I'll find out if the two year geek squad product replacement product is truly worth it, for now I haven't had anything fail on me.
