Geek Squad was able to repaired my laptop that I bought from best buy ~ 2 years ago by installing a new hard drive.

This is good to have because if they can’t help you in the store they refer you to call 1-800 number to help and they do get your problem solved

Used this service to have a radio and Sirius devise installed in my R.V. I've been very happy with its performance.......

I do have to say that they get the job done quickly and if it can;t be repaired they will replace or refund it immediately on the spot. Can't argue with that!

Geek squad is worth getting for some products especially technology. Never know what could happen to your products after the return policy has ended.

Works great, have good software. Great for multiple devices at the same time! Using, of course, different key codes.

Most tv manufactures only give you 1 year. I'm so glad Best Buy can give you 2 years on TV's and electronics.
