Haven't had to use it yet but for the price I thought it was a great option to have a backup. I purchased it when I bought my HP printer.

I signed up for geek squad because you really never know what will happen to your electronics. I always get 20% discount in the protection plan plus you will get a great deal in installation fee.

It's an excellent printer and the color output is superb

100% worth the buy everytime. i have never regretted getting it!

Highly recommend with higher ticket items. No sense in spending good money and having it break down outside of warranty

All you do is call the Geek Squad number have your online receipt ready and go thru some trouble shooting, if that does not work then take it in get a new one!

I don't typically buy extended warranty/product replacement. But certain items that may be high risk can certainly use the extra reassurance and peace of mind you get.
