I love buy the protection plans as it extends the warranty, and there isn't a problem when something goes wrong your purchase is totally taken care of. I usually buy protection plans on expensive items.

Best Buy is the best when it comes to warranty I love there policies and the time they offer I have never had a problem with anything that needed to be taken back to the store love you guys!!!

After purchasing 2 printer that became defectives as soon as the warranty expire the HP-ENVY photo 7855 is impressive. Very good ease of operation. Very good Wi-Fi. Also purchase extended warranty to ensure operation after warranty expires.

The 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement package is an excellent purchase, especially when it covers an entirely brand new entertain system.

I buy this protection just in case something goes wrong with the product. Their warranty is good because if something goes wrong I just take the product and get a new one without problems.

I was able to exchange a printer that didn't work for comparable product at satisfactory price, one trip to store.

Replacement plans are well worth it. No servicing, just a replacement if the item breaks. Our printer stopped printing correctly and we got to exchange for a new one same day.

Greek Squad product replacement purchased with out of box HP desktop computer. So I haven’t had the need to use Geek Squad yet.

BB Protection plan is very good investment for your laptops hard drives etc. My external hard drive died and they replaced it with no question ask within 10 mins i got a new hard drive. Cant beat that
