Geek Squad is a great service provided at Best Buy. Great for electronics and to act as a warranty for an item.

it's nice not to have to worry if it will break after the first year, so adding a 2 year warranty with no hassle, you return the product to the store

I have asked the Geek Squad many questions and had them check computer equipment and always gotten great service and answers I am looking for.

My printer had a hardware issue. Easy exchange for a brand new one! Works great. Glad they helped me on line to figure out the problem!

Do yourself favor it worth buy the service package it will a lot money and time!
