I purchased this product replacement plan for the peace of mind that in the event something with my keyboard does malfunction, I know I have the protection of having it replaced.

Geek squad service, yes, they do not ask a 1000 questions when you return a bad product, they will replace it right on the spot.

The value for the price is very good. Having it gives you a piece of mind and affords discounts on other warranties.

The geek squad came with my TV purchase. They were very helpful in helping me get everything set up and ready to enjoy.

I haven't had to use it yet because my product that I got covered is still in good working condition, but the price I paid for a two year protection plan was fair enough.

I truly appreciate bestbuy warranty program. If you have an issue that is covered. They replace it with no issues and in a timely manner.
