Punctual and great price for the service. I have used the geek squad when I needed assistance with my new washer. The gentleman was prompt and ppolite. My washer works great :)

This is great to have, I was having problems with my printer, I went to the store and they exchange it for another one without a hassle.

No questions asked, was able to get a new mouse. They let me pick any mouse in the price range. The warranty transferred over and the 2 years restarted.

These agents are #1 in my book,Everytime Ive needed help they were fast,accurate and fixed the problem.Ive not gone with out it now.

Best Buy has been great by honoring product replacement. I recommend getting this when purchasing real expensive equipment. Worth it.

If your manufacture warranty expires, Geek squad is a great insurance policy to replace your expensive electronic purchase.

The $5 this cost me turned out to be the best investment I've made in a long time. One of the keyboard feet broke and Best Buy replaced the keyboard on the spot at the store!
