    I do have to say that they get the job done quickly and if it can;t be repaired they will replace or refund it immediately on the spot. Can't argue with that!

    Work really good for the first 3 years then starting having trouble with it keep on turning off then had to keep re starting it so we just ended getting lap tops instead and they are much better for us

    I usually purchase the Best Buy extended warranty for electronic products. I've never had a problem with Best Buy when I've had to use the warranty.
