have not had to use other than a change my mind return after the 15 days, since I had the plan no questions asked, so I say the rest be the same way.

Always a great idea to get coverage for any product that you intend on using/keeping for years to come just in case any defects may arise in the future.

Geek squad delivered/setup my tv and showed me how it worked. They were very easy to work with and delivered fast!
