    The printer has worked for us pretty well. After of few months of moderate use we are having issues with some rollers. However, we are happy with the purchase

    I had purchased this for a printer. The first time I took it in, I was having issues with streaky words or lines running the length of the page. They didn't find anything wrong so I went home but was back a couple of weeks later at which time they did replace it.

    My epson workforce 7620 started giving me problems after a year and I was able to replace it with better quality printer for less. Thanks geek squad.

    So many reviews say the printer will break after 1 year... when you r manufacturer warranty runs out.... now what? BB say Geek Squad can take care of it....
