I have asked the Geek Squad many questions and had them check computer equipment and always gotten great service and answers I am looking for.

Purchased but have not had a reason to use it. Just in case type purchase.

It is better to be safe than sorry. Up front is frustrating to have to dish out money, but sometimes things break. Knowing your safe at least for a bit is always nice. Geek squad and bb will try make it right if something unfortunate happens.

Happy they offer protection for my purchase especially if anything happens to my headset that I use for work I will be able to get a replacement.

I love that if something happens to our devices geek squad would replace it for us.

I'm not big on warranties unless they are from Best buy. Nobody backs their sales like them. Easy, no hassle

it's nice not to have to worry if it will break after the first year, so adding a 2 year warranty with no hassle, you return the product to the store

i do get the insurance so that just incase something does go wrong i can get it replaced or fixed
