Personally, I have not needed to use it as of yet. I always agree with getting insurance policies. In the end, it's always worth it.

I have Geek Squad service for all my home installations and all my equipment is secure with them.

It has more services. I've used it twice over the years and it is worth having.

I was actually able to use it when I had trouble printing on to a new computer. Called and they fix the problem, no questions asked!

I love the TV we bought at best buy it's all in one Roku Tv with a warranty

Most electronics I buy, I will add that extra protection. I just want to feel a bit secured and plus Geek Squad is good.

Wish i had this protection for my previous printer. Broke after the 1 year warranty expired. This time i am warranted for 2 years

This was nice to have. I didn’t need it but since it was included in purchase I can’t complain.

The now ubiquitous extended warranty is an unfortunate byproduct of today's manufacturing standards. This was a good deal.
