This is the second time, that I am disappointed with the geek squad service. I went to the store, after speaking to a member from the geek squad to pick up my new computer. They did not inform me I had to sign up for a number to be serviced. I arrived and waiting around as my representative, ignored me too busy with another customer. It was late in the evening. Another customer walked in and after I had waited for approx. 30 mins on line, he took the customer that had just arrived before me because he had a number and I did not. This was very upsetting, I was not informed of this process and it was getting later. I had my child with me, she was restless, it was a school night, and I expected to have been serviced as I came in because I spoke with the representative, he did not say you will have to wait, or you should take a number so we can service you correctly. When I interupted him to ask him what was happening, he was even ruder than ignorning me. I was even more upset and cancelled my purchase.

Nothing better than taking Geek Squad for any purchase from Best Buy

Not much to say other than that I have never had a problem using the protection plans when I have a problem with my products, quick and easy

they were good in the past but I now need their help in setting up my new Amazon stick. I did set it up (putting the parts together) but I don't know how to make it work. Need help from the Geeks!
